Our Team

Early Years Practitioners – the people who will look after your child.

Our team is divided into three key groups. Each key group consists of a Key Person and a Key Buddy. Each team has a group of children they look after. This involves keeping records of a child’s progress, making observations of their play and development and planning for their continued progress through their early years at Little Sandhurst Nursery. Key Persons liaise with parents on a regular basis as to how their child is developing and discuss any concerns that a parent may have. It is also helpful if parents/carers keep us informed of any progress made at home. All children’s records are confidential and are only seen by their parents and the practitioners.
